Incredible service! We moved into our rental early and the AC wasn’t working. Made an appointment at the earliest available time which was a few days out and Nam called the next day and day after checking in if we were at the house to come BEFORE my scheduled appointment. He came early and got it all fixed and squared away.

I have been a tenate that resides in Ferguson for over four years. When I first considered becoming a resident most advised not to rent form said company but Since I first sign my lease I haven't had any thing bad to say! All maintaince problems are resolve in 24 hours! In which in four years there have only been three quest for maintainces repairs. The property is manage well the neighbor hood is ok! I give them four star Who ever reads this review about this company take my word and consider leasing a property you will be treated like royalty!

Large tree limbs fell on roof and in yard from storm. Maintenance responded quickly and tree limbs and debris was cleaned up thoroughly.
My furnace started acting up over the 4th of July weekend, I submitted an emergency ticket due to the extreme heat advisory. TPWM quickly responded and sent someone out to install a window air conditioning until an HVAC vendor was available to come and quickly resolve the issue.

I had a speedy renewal inspection. The young man was very professional and polite. In this day and age it's hard to meet a young person that says yes ma'am and no ma'am. I recommend St. Louis Leasing Co, they are a 5 star company!!!
